I purchased a Potty Watch at a local store for my granddaughter for her birthday back in July of this year. It worked great and was helping her but then the batteries quit. I purchased the batter replacement kit through the website, took the watch apart to replace the batteries as shown but couldn't get the batteries to work. I guess I'm out a watch because I have no idea what to do now. Pretty disappointed.

I bought the Potty Watch for my granddaughter. I love the fact that it puts control into the child’s hands with a quick reminder to go potty. She loves the music and lights when the timer goes off and is proud when she is successful
